CAP100-UVP Air Purifier Three Stage Air Purification with Germicidal UV "Plus" Lamp for Air Disinfection and Enhanced Odor Control

The CAP100-UVP model combines the high-performance air filtration and germicidal UV disinfection of the CAP100-UV unit with the power of photolysis oxidation. This model is designed primarily for homes with odor problems caused by pets, cooking, smoking, VOC off-gases, etc. The UV "Plus" dual-output lamp generates a controlled amount of ozone (O3) gas designed to neutralize odor-producing compounds. The ozone gas breaks down quickly and then dissipates inside the HVAC ductwork.

The CAP100-UVP model is equipped with:

• An inexpensive 1"-deep large particle pre-filter to remove larger particles and extend the life of the final stage filter
• A high-capacity, 5"-deep UV-resistant MERV 13 efficiency final filter that captures up to 99% of particles 6 microns or larger
• A powerful, UV "Plus" dual-frequency germicidal UV disinfection and photolysis lamp to irradiate and destroy allergy and asthma triggering bio-pollutants and eliminate tough, persistent odors
