Biological based initial treatment for water damage claims, especially black water. Digests odours and soils including those from fecal matter and urine into water and carbon dioxide. Uses spore strains and bio-based cleaning technology specifically engineered for all water damage claims. Also designed for areas of heavy pet urine and soils from trauma. PRS Water Damage Pre Clean allows response times and results never available before to the insurance industry and restoration contractor. It will work from the moment you arrive until you remove enough water during the cleaning process to limit the biological activity. PRS Water Damage products continue to work after the contractor leaves. PRS Water Damage Pre Clean will eliminate the worst odours from water damage including black water, in 15 minutes or less. Conventional odour control is not required. Do not introduce any non-PRS products while PRS Water Damage products are at work. The biological action digest wastes - reducing solids, reducing organic load and reducing soil load that penetrates porous material. PRS Water Damage Pre Clean will eliminate odours within the location, will liquefy solids in black water, start the organic digestion process in all areas of sustained moisture and minimize the odour within clean up equipment used by the contractor (i.e. wet vacs etc.). In the event of a ‘Major Cat’ you may use PRS Water Damage Pre Clean as a ‘stop-gap’ to control odours and soil load until a crew can be made available.
